INDIANAPOLIS (June 4, 2021) — The Indianapolis Business Journal (IBJ) today named myCOI CEO Kristen Nunery to their 2021 Forty Under Forty list. The list recognizes 40 central Indiana business and professional leaders who have achieved a level of success that is rare at a young age, according to a panel of judges. The IBJ also considers examples of civic involvement and leadership outside the workplace.
myCOI, the industry-leading certificate of insurance (COI) tracking and management solution, was born out of personal tragedy in Nunery’s past: a house fire. Nunery told the IBJ, “Because of the type of insurance policy my parents had on our home, they ended up in a three-year battle with the insurance carrier before the claim was ever paid out.It was an extremely challenging and stressful time.
