myCOI names new Director of Client Services

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – myCOI, an Indianapolis-based insurance technology company, has named Kathleen Moffat as their new Director of Client Services.

Orchestrator of results, efficiencies and client satisfaction for myCOI, Moffat will be responsible for building and guiding the certificate management and customer care teams. She’ll also plan, develop and manage client projects and expectations.

“We’re excited to have Kathleen on the team,” says myCOI president Kristen Nunery. “Our number one priority is making sure clients are happy, and Kathleen’s enthusiasm and experience managing operations will be integral in achieving that.”

Moffat has more than eight years of operational experience, having held several leadership roles within Target stores. She brings with her expertise in operational and financial processes—as well as tactics to successfully lead teams leading teams to be more efficient.

“She’s smart and talented with a natural ability to lead. All of which will make her a valuable addition to our team,” Nunery says.
