We price our services by assignment. You probably won’t know what an assignment is, but it’s pretty simple to understand: an assignment is one set of insurance requirements, matched to one vendor, subcontractor, or tenant.
If you have ten subcontractors, working on ten projects at once, but they’re all under the same insurance requirements? Ten assignments.
Our pricing isn’t by the square foot or by the project. We don’t like fixed pricing like that.
